it's on jefferson, and a little west of crenshaw. looks like all it sells is hot links and possibly sells them to the bbq and soul food joints in the neighborhood, do they sell to the public, and also can you get a link cooked reight there to eat? and most importantly how do the links taste?

Really fine links, served at such esteemed local institutions as Phillips Barbecue. Excellent snap on the casing. As far as I know, they don't sell to the public.

They actually do sell to the public. Hershey Bomar's comments and Pete's address linked below.

They do sale to the public. No cooking on the spot.

The links are sold to both Phillips and Woodys.

I buy them when im in LA for bbqs there and bring them to Denver as well.

Pete's Louisiana Hot Links are the bomb. They do sell the links retail to the public but call first to see if they're open. All links are sold raw. The BBQ restaurants that I know exclusively sell Pete's links:

        PHILLIP'S BBQ
        (all locations)

        WOODY'S BBQ
        (all locations)

        ROBIN'S WOODFIRE BBQ
        (pasadena)

        DR. HOGGLY WOGGLY
        (van nuys)

        JR'S BARBEQUE
        (los angeles)
