Need a cajun/creole restaurant recommendation for this week!!
I am heading down this week with my boss and need a GREAT cajun/creole suggestion...money is not a factor...

Bon Ton is a good creole choice.

actually Bon Ton is a good cajun choice, not a good creole choice.
in case the OP doesnt realize, canjun and creole are two different styles of cooking. most new orleans fine dining is creole or creole influenced, while cajun is a rarer rural LA style. of cajun places in the city, a couple are usually mentioned: K-Paul's, Bon Ton, Cochon.

Those are all standards & you'll be fine with any of them....Commander's is the one I send people to when they want to be cosseted, pampered and Made To Feel Special. Emeril does really good work. K-Paul is the Cajun approach, a different animal than creole.
