Help Please: Dinner Reception for 120

Hi all -- I'm looking for suggestions and/or experiences of potential restaurants in Manhattan for a sit-down dinner reception for about 120 people. Budget is not a major issues, mostly looking for great food, classy atmosphere, comfortable. Ideally, we'd like a restaurant/venue that comes with their own food and might be able to close down for the evening (trying to avoid hotels, but won't rule a great one out), but would be open to a more raw space that is associated with a great caterer, as well. To give you all a sense of types of places, we've thought of so far: Le Cirque, Del Posto, 11 Madison Park, Maialinos. Apologies for the rush, but are looking to do this in mid-June. Thanks in advance for your Chow-advice!

Beacon is not a good restaurant. Did you call Marea and ask them about a group of 120?
