Healthy Bakery?

I recently went to Bunners in the Junction - which is vegan and gluten free. (and awesome!)
Any other great bakeries out there with a health conscious bent? I am always looking for healthier options for my 2 year old....

Kensington Natural Bakery focuses on healthy good with no preservatives

They have baked treats (pie and applie danish) and takeout, they also have vegan cookies at $1 each. I found their pumpkin pie under-spiced
The little sign in front of the cookies say "No dairy, no eggs, no sugar, no aluminium (? is there usually Al in cookies??) and all natural.". Not a fan of carob, so didn't particularly enjoy their Spelt Oatmeal Carob Chip Cookie, and I found the Spelt Oatmeal Chocolate Chip hard and dry, so I didn't like the texture. Rice Chocolate Chip cookies have a nice flavour in a rice-y sweet way that mingled well with the chocolate chips, and the texture was nice too :-)

      Some baking powders contain aluminum.
