limoncello cocktails

i received a bottle of limoncello, and would like some inspiration for cocktails! i typically like vodka, rum, or gin cocktails.

I have tried mixing with limoncello but found it difficult to get away from the "lemon pledge" flavor. I know this liqueur is well loved and often homemade. I'm wondering if the store-bought variety is vastly inferior. I tried Luxardo.

I did come across a twist on the (otherwise pretty boring) Lemon Drop:
Tuscan Rosemary Lemon Drop
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lemoncello
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
2 spg Rosemary

Bend rosemary sprig repeatedly and add to shaker with ice and other
ingredients. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a small rosemary sprig.

I was wondering the same thing, apparently everyone puts it in the freezer and drinks it straight (it is quite good that way).
