I can get every one of these brands in the Washington DC area, but I haven't got a clue as to their availability in southern CA. I've included some comments about availability or flavor. You'll notice my strong personal preference for low mineral, especially low sodium, sparkling water.
Apollinaris
Lurisa
Mountain Valley Spring Water
Perrier (Very bubbly)
Poland Spring
San Benedetto (My absolute favorite)
San Pellegrino (Widely available but too much sodium for my taste)
Saratoga (A really nice domestic low-sodium sparkling water)
Tynant (One of my favorites, but not widely available)
Vichy Catalan (Really high mineral content -- an acquired taste)
Voss (This product hit the shelves a couple of years after a visit to Voss, Norway. During my visit, I was never aware of being served Voss water. For sure, the now-familiar Voss bottle never arrived at the table.)
Hildon (I think I've only found it once locally, but I love this stuff when we travel in England)

Calistoga Water claims to be all natural. They collect it as hot geothermal water, then cool it and bottle it.

I live in Los Angeles...I buy Perrier, Pellegrino, Crystal Geyser, Arrowhead and Trader Joes (though I'm not sure if it's spring water- have none on hand right now). I think they are all spring water, though I could very well be mistaken.
