Restaurant with Rooms in Umbria

Looking for a wonderful place to stop enroute from Puglia to the Lucca area.
Food is of primary importance (of course).
We would also like to sleep off that wonderful, wonderful meal in great comfort.
This will be at the end of June, early July.
I greatly appreciate any ideas.

At the very top of Spello is La Bastiglia, a hotel with wonderful views and an adventurous kitchen. I haven't stayed there, but have eaten there several times. Lovely dining room and first class food.

Il Coccorone in Montefalco is fabulous if you are a red wine lover.

Don't know if it's on your route but La Tavola Marche is wonderful, fabulous welcoming owners - it's an agriturismo located middle-o-nowhere in a beautiful valley not too far from Urbino, we loved our too brief stay there. Very personal.
