any suggestions for Aldea?
I'm going to be in town on Monday (11/18) and I'm planning to eat at Aldea. Any menu suggestions or things to avoid?

Definitely the arroz de pato. For dessert, the signature sonhos "little dreams."
The foie gras with cocoa nibs is no longer on the menu.

the arroz con pato is their signature entree. its great but the last time i was there, i wasnt as impressed. it needs to sort of settle before all of the flavors coalesce.
their foie gras with cocoa nibs is a good appetizer. i recall that i had some pork loin entree that was excellent.
