It's very good. The sample menu on their website is pretty indicative of what they served (although I assume they'll make their usual tweaks every week). I believe they plan on selling some of the pastries in the market, whenever it eventually opens. Donuts were excellent.

I took advantage of the nice weather yesterday to do a Palena brunch outside. I had the buckwheat crepe, filled with spinach, fontina cheese, and some spring onion. It had a fried egg on top and had a thick strip of "our ham" which I think was grilled loin. All told, it was good but not excellent. I will go back in a little while after the brunch service is a little more comfortable and running on all cylinders. For now, I will keep going for dinner and enjoy all that excellent food
