options for one day and night in Milan

I'll be in Milan April 23, leaving the 24th, and staying at the Westin Palace. I don't speak any Italian. I'd greatly appreciate suggestions for coffee, casual lunch (or a nice bakery) and a nice dinner. I'm willing to take the metro or cab if needed for dinner but would also like to hear of any good options for dinner near the hotel. For dinner and wine, I was thinking of roughly 50 euros (I'm not on an expense account and will be dining solo). Open to classic/traditional or trendy/modern but probably lean towards the former.

Thank you in advance.

It's in piazza repubblica. It's not within walking distance but many people on this board like Abele for risotto. It's probably about a mile or so away from the hotel.
