Cardamom
Are there any good recipes out there using either white cardamom pods or granulated cardamom? I was given both and have never used either. It's got a great smell I guess it is mainly used in deserts. I was also given some pink peppercorns and while I here about them from time to time, I am clueless how to best use these little gems.

Look for lots of savory uses in the cuisines of south Asia and south east Asia.
