What's your latest food quest? Get great advice

Are there any good recipes out there using either white cardamom pods or granulated cardamom? I was given both and have never used either. It's got a great smell I guess it is mainly used in deserts. I was also given some pink peppercorns and while I here about them from time to time, I am clueless how to best use these little gems.

    Great in any kind of milk dessert like rice pudding or ice cream. Along with nuts! (pistachios or almonds). I also usually add cinnamon and saffron.

    Also great in baked breads/pastries.

      Look for lots of savory uses in the cuisines of south Asia and south east Asia.
      In India it is used extensively in both sweet and savory dishes.

          I use cardamon every year for making bread. Typically I make Pulla, the Finnish version. I also sometimes add it to my coffee.
