Mon/Tues/Wed night best deals for fine dining

Hi all,

Visiting town during the week, and looking for the best tasting menu deals on Mondays through Thursday. Any help would be appreciated!

Roy's has a monday night $35 prix fixe that's terrific, but current advertising says the deal may be ending soon. It's not on the strip though, it's a mile or two down Flamingo Road east.
