Reasonable Easter Brunch!

I hate to say it but I despise over priced brunches, Mother's Day and Easter are the WORSE!

Does anyone have any suggestions in the $25-$30 range for Easter Brunch? I was thinking Bayside in Newport but they jacked up their price $10 just because it's Easter and I don't want to pay $10 just on the principal that I can go the following week for $28.

A few notes, it doesn't have to be AYCE. But drink specials or champagne included would be nice. Also, can be in LA/Long Beach or OC.

Is this request ludicrous? I might have to end up at El Torito Grill. SIGH.

  1. I'm with you about jacked-up prices for holidays. The most reasonable I've found, although more than you're stated price range, is Pinot Bistro in Studio City. I believe it is $35 for three courses. Beverages were not included in the price.

    1. Have you looked into Almansor Court in Alhambra? Definitely not high end, but an AYCE spread that offers something for everyone. We usually go there for Easter brunch, stuff ourselves on salmon, king crab legs, and champagne, then the kids have fun putting on the green.

      1. Obika Mozzarella Bar in Century City is serving an Easter Brunch that includes one mimosa or glass of prosecco for $25 before tax and tip.
        I love their food.

        1. I like Mr. Stox in Anaheim, an all you can eat buffet with unlimited champagne and a great food selection, I really look forward to it! (We also go there for Mother's Day.)
