Chinese Crispy Aromatic Duck in Vancouver?

Hi --

I'm wondering if any Chinese places in Vancouver/Richmond do crispy aromatic duck. It a deep fried duck which is shredded and then served with pancakes and hoisin. Its very popular in the UK, and I don't recall ever seeing it here in Vancouver.

Any ideas?

It is a UK invention....so I would guess that you will find it difficult to find it elsewhere. The closest dishes will be Peking Duck (as NoMoreSnuggles has mentioned) or Tea Smoked Duck (which is often served with little steamed buns). Both are sliced rather than shredded, however. For something really close - ask for extra pancakes so that you can have it with the second course of the Peking duck (which is usually the chopped duck meat lettuce wrap served with hoisin on the side.)

It sounds like a take on traditional Peking Duck which is widely available in Chinese restaurants here but as part of a larger 2- or 3-course dish.
