Canary restaurant in Westwood sells them they are the much tastier lamb kind and they are skewered and barbecued. It is called Domballon. (dome baal on). Also Attari Grill sells them they are not on the English menu just ask for them. You can do the combo plate there which comes with Domballon, Heart, Kidney and Liver. Alcazar also sells them sauteed.
