There are no "swanky" seafood restaurants downtown, but if you want a good, sort of upscale type of place, Aquagrill or Le Pescadeux are fine choices. Millesime is even better if you don't mind venturing a bit farther uptown.

If you're willing to leave downtown, how about Millesime?

I'd do Pegu Club, Lani Kai, or 1534 for cocktails.

How swanky does it have to be? I can't think of any in WV or Soho that are swanky.

Aquagrill is one of the best seafood places in the city, imho, and not stuffy or pretentious. Looks like they have a small but well curated drink list, as well as a more extensive wine list. Have dined there several times and the food is always divine! http://fritosandfoiegras.blogspot.com...

Aquagrill is good but not swanky.
