Sushi UWS in the 90s

I loved my sushi delivery from Kikuchi at 93rd & Amsterdam. But in the last two weeks they have closed their doors, stopped answering their phones and all in all shut down. I am devastated. Not only did they have great sushi (the unaig came hot), they were affordable, and the delivery guy was the happiest delivery guy in the 90s (he sang - on the bike, while coming up the stairs, he was wonderful). Talk about sushi with a smile!

Now I don't know what to do. I have tested out Kouzan -- which I really like in person, but the delivery takes too long and you can't have delayed sushi. And Kitaro -- which has high quality sushi, but on the first try the spicy crunchy tuna came with asparagus (a sacrilege for my husband) and the unaig was like rubber (gak!). I tried Asia Kan, but the sushi was really expensive -- $22 for lunch, would have paid $14-16 for same order at the others.

I looked at the past UWS sushi discussions on the board (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/318688, http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/602447, and http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/231281) and they are all out of date. Most the restaurants are gone.

So my desire is:
Good sushi
West 84th --> 96th (further and you get rubber
)Tried and true on the spicy crunchy tuna, avocado unaig roll, gyoza, and stellar sashimi.
Even better if they are on seamless web
And triple bonus if anyone finds my smiling-singing-sushi delivery guy!
