Looking for best Thai or Viet spring roll in downtown TO

Hello all,

please help out a newbie, looking for suggestions for the best Thai or Vietnamese spring rolls in downtown Toronto. Looking for those crisp but not oily little rolls of deliciousness but all I can seem to find are soggy bland ones. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

    I recently enjoyed the oversized spring rolls at Pho Pasteur. Crispy, lots of taro, and comes with a bunch of lettuce and herbs/pickles so you can eat it like a banh xeo!
