Brunch in Charleston

I'm looking for great brunch options for a visit next month. I plan on checking out Hominy Grill based on the posts here, but I need 2 other places that offer interesting french toast, waffles, and egg/biscuit options. My hotel is downtown but I'm willing to drive.

I like High Cotton in the HD and Atlanticville on Sullivans for brunch. You MUST consider shrimp and grits!

Tristan is centrally located next to the market, and has an outrageous Belgian waffle!

If you're having brunch on Sunday, I like 39 Rue de Jean on John St. I haven't had their french toast, but their duck confit and grilled corn hash is terrific!
