New Pizza/sandwich place
Stopped in at the Garden of eat-in today.2378 Mass ave,Cambridge next to Quindoa.
The people were so nice. The woman who owns it brought us over some pizza to try along with our order. The pizza was delicious-thin crust, but not paper thin.I will definately order it again. We got lime rickeys, coffee and italian Panini. The bread was delish, and the fillings were out of this world. bought a gift certificate for my kids. They are on line at www.
thegardenofeatinpizzeria.com. I have great hopes for this place-

I enjoy their sandwiches, but I'm guessing that the pizza's best when made fresh -- I've gotten individual slices there that were pretty miserable. Nice crust and tasty sauce, though. Just overly heat-lamped. Great bunch of people who run the place, though. I'm curious about their "Porky Pine" burger!

I agree! I just ate there the other night and the pizza is fantastic. I chose my own toppings and had pepperoni, onion and hot peppers. The crust is fantastic and the toppings were great too. Also, the service is fantastic. I'm so happy to have such a great little pizza joint in my neighborhood!
