Fujianese (Fukienese) Pork Chops

I have also posted this "topic" on the "Manhattan" and "The Best" CH message boards. BUT, so far, no one has been able to name any Fujian (Fukien) restaurant that serves these pork chops. Because of the large number of excellent Chinese restaurants in Flushing, a reader of the "Outer Boroughs" message boards will be able to help? Can you?

The following is the original posting:
Hi:
I love Fujian (Fukien) style Chinese cuisine.
Many moons ago, there was only one Fukienese restaurant in NYC's Chinatown (FOO JOY) that specialized in cuisine from the Fukien Province in China. Sadly, it was closed down in the late 70s by the gendarmes because of gambling activities. My very favorite dish at Foo Joy was their "Fukienese Pork Chops" (1/4" thick pork chops that were marinated in a red wine sediment paste, then deep-fried and served with a spicy, dark, scallion and soy-based sauce).
These pork chops were seriously delicious!

Thanks for any suggestions! Zabar
