Has anyone been to Spring? Is it better to eat there at lunch or at dinner? Have read some great writeups (NY Times and Stars and Stripes).

Just went to Spring 3 weeks ago as part of a 7 day visit to Paris. Loved it. Our favorite restaurant of the week. Met the chef/owner Daniel Rose and many of his staff. Friendly and quite fun. Visited the wine cellar and it's small boutique food and wine store down the street. Great fun.
We profited by reading up on Spring and several other spots in Wendy Lyn's blog at
www.thepariskitchen.com. Tony Bourdains show on Paris was also helpful for several other interesting places.
