Bulk Texas Grits

I need bulk amounts of grits from corn grown on Texas soil. Ancient grist mill style preferably.

My supply I get in Tennessee is perilously low and I'm interested in trying a top flight Texas variety.

Here's one in Waco, Texas. They only show their grits for sale in 2 pound bags but they do sell flours in larger quantities. Maybe if you contact them they'll sell you bulk grits.
