Best Happy Hours and/or Weeknight Specials in Baltimore?

I have to add Mother's in Federal Hill on Wednesdays. I had some extremely fantastic scallops there last night for $10.99. Beautiful even brown crust, shockingly fresh, buttery, delicious.

I got an e-mail from Charleston about special Wednesday nights in their bar from 5:30 - 7:30. I think it starts tonight, so I'd love to hear from anyone who goes? Specials on some bubbly and then some complimentary food. Sounds pretty amazing - free food is usually good. Free food at Charleston seems hard to miss.

The one at Centro is pretty good. I liked the weeknight prix fixe at Wine Market, if they're still doing that. The flight wasn't very impressive, though. I keep meaning to try the happy hour at Roy's, though I had a disappointing meal last time I went there. I like Pazo, and I think they have a happy hour. The fries in the cone are excellent. RA has a happy hour that's saki, sugary, colorful drinks and sushi with fake crab in it. Definitely not fine dining, but really cheap and kinda fun.

Check out Oceanaire in Harbor East. They've just started a great new happy hour. It runs Monday through Friday 5 to 7 and includes some great food and drink specials. Half prices apps, $3 beers and such. Went there after the Oriole's home opener and had a ball.
