Are there any restaurants in LA area like Tavarana Opa in South Beach???

The fun atmospher is a big part of this restaurant but the food is also out of this world. For those of you that have been here is there anything like it in LA?

There's usually dancing at the Great Greek. I haven't been in years, though.

I believe there's live music at Kentro Greek Kitchen in Fullerton, which has excellent food, but I've only had takeout here.

(Sorry. Never been to Taverna Opa, so can't say if it's like it at all.)

Tony's Taverna in Malibu is probably close. I believe on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights they have live music (but no plate breaking). Thre really arent any amazing Greek restaurants in LA but Tony's is probably the best.

I have never been, but there is a greek restaurant down in San Pedro, that is supposed to have good food, and a lot of fun. Dancing and breaking dishes. I think It is something like Taverna Tony's.
