Moon River Grill, Sleepy Hollow

Saw this place on the Patch, and it looks pretty decent, especially for lunch on the deck. Any reports on this place? Good for a lunch burger or a casual dinner?

I don't know this place at all. Do you know how long it's been there? Was the space previously a restaurant?

We ate there based on the reviews on the TT Patch, thought it was a seafood restaurants, anyway, was not crazy about the meal, very bland, service was eh....there are too many other restaurants in TT we enjoy, if we read some decent reviews, maybe we'd try again. Sent my neighbors about a month after we went and warned her about the food, they had the same experience we did.

I saw a write up of it in one of the local papers, and I was all excited because it described itself as low-country food. When I looked at the online menu, it didn't really reflect that. Chicken with spinach and mozz? Penne ala vodka? Not in any Savannah restaurant I've been to.

Wow, surprised nobody's been here... Certainly looks a lot better than those places on the waterfront, Sunset Cove and Striped Bass. And seems like a great view from the deck!

The menu looks very ordinary and expensive to me http://www.moonrivergrill.net/Moon_Ri...
Why do you say it "certainly looks a lot better" than Sunset Cove, which I enjoy very much?
