Can anyone comment which type (1 or 2) of ham holder is "better" or "easier" to use. Type 1 has no hindge and Type 2 has a hindge......or does it not matter? Picture of holder with "ham" is Type 2.
All three Spanish ham stores here in Paris use the hingeg one. l suspect that unless huge price difference, no downside on hinged one.
