Any last advice before leaving next week..

Going to Piedmont, (Neive), Parma, Bologna, Pienza, Molise, Sorrento and Naples....any new suggestions?

    I don't know what the old suggestions were, but I encourage you to sample the seasonal and local produce from markets, even if it is only one lemon, one handful of tiny carrots or peas -- in addition to any restaurant meals you may have. Just this evening I was some given some Piemontese hazelnuts with cheese and honey -- and the hazelnuts were incredible. Strawberries arecoming into season. Asparagus too. Ask the locals wherever you go what is seasonal and fresh. Keep an eye for chocolate treats, this being easter. Don't limit yourself to restaurants for eating.

      I thought you were going to Mantova or Ferrara.
      How many days for this trip?

        We decided on Ferrara from Bologna for a day trip. We will have 2 weeks in italy.
