Private room in S. Westchester for lunch w/ 40 ppl

We are looking for a place to hold a lunch after our baby's baptism in mid-May. We are hoping for a private room at a restaurant in the Scarsdale/Eastchester/White Plains area. There will be 30-40 ppl & we're hoping to spend about $40/person. We are open to pretty much any type of food, excluding Asian food (family restrictions). We'd also like to offer beer & wine. I'd love to hear some suggestions. Thanks for your time.

    You might consider "American Bistro" in Crestwood(Tuckahoe)..
    Excellent food and service! Priced well!

        I'm pretty sure that Rosie's Italian Bistro in Bronxville has a private room that could accommodate that number of diners.

          Sam's of Gedney Way, Vintage, Emma's maybe...all in WP. Budget may be low if it includes drinks/bar with tax and tip though.
