Big Party in Vegas

I've been to Vegas many times, but in July we're doing a big family hoedown. I'm looking for suggestions for a party of about 20 people...preferably non-casino...

    Canaletto in the Venetian has the beautiful Il Moro room that seats up to 25. Their group banquet menus start around $50 per person including appetizers and desserts.

      What kind of food? How much per person do you want to spend?

        No restriction on the type of food...it's an adventurous group...as far as cost, anything in the realm of $50/person would be fine...gotta save some coin for gambling!
