Would say Aqua is the buzziest and w/ the weather being nicer their patio must be quite a scene - though lacking in any views. Not a fan of Nobu in London. Think you would do fine at Zuma, Hakkasan, or Aqua

You could try Roka on Charlotte Street. I haven't been but work nearby and it always looks pretty buzzy and busy and trendy when I walk past. Maybe someone else can comment on the food?

I love Roka, it is very buzzy and great on a warm day when they open up the doors.

Roka is great. Its owned by the same people who own Zuma.

If you want buzzy, I'd suggest Shochu Lounge which is right beneath Roka, serves the same menu but is more of a club atmosphere. It has a beautiful bar.
