Hah! As soon as I saw this thread title the first thing that popped into my head was clams with black bean sauce at Peach Farm. Love that dish!

re: BobB
Having eaten at Peach Farm many times, I think it would be difficult to feed three for under $50. It could be done, but the best dishes - - steamed fresh fish for instance - - would be off-limits. In December four of us ate there for about $56 a couple, tout compris, with no left-overs. To be sure that was with beer and wine. On the other hand for about that amount I know you could stuff three hungry eaters at Windsor Dim Sum Cafe and still have left-overs.
This week three of us ate to our fill for $54, tax and tip included. That is without ordering any liquor. Over this weekend when I have a free moment to organize my thoughts, I will post our menu and a review on the Windsor Thread
