ISO Dive Bar near Lincoln Center

Looking for a dive bar (cheap, unpretentious, not too college-y) near Lincoln Center, pref with happy hour. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

P.D. O'Hurleys is a little closer than Dive Bar, though I like Dive Bar better.

Problem with P.D. O's in this thread is that it is def not a dive.

P.D. O's West the annex closer to West End Ave is even better that the one near Broadway... but not a dive

You're right. I couldn't remember the name of the bar I was thinking of on 72nd and Columbus so I did a Google Maps search and that is what popped up. I was actually thinking of Malachy's.

Ha, that one is a true dive. Dive 75 actually is quirky but not a real dive. That space used to be the home of a scuba shop (Pan Aqua??) and they may still have the fish tank with the diver in it that wass there when I bought my first dive gear 15 years ago...

Dive 75 is not a dive at all....Malachy's is a dive..

If you want to play Battleship or Scrabble go to Dive 75, if you want to drink go to Malachy's....Emerald in is pretty good too...
