I've been to this place about six times since they opened a year or so ago. I keep fearing that the next visit will be a disaster. But so far, each trip has been great.

It's a cool space with excellent food, excellent service, and very reasonable prices.

We've always had our kids in tow. They usually tuck us away in an alcove--which is great for us, and great for the kidless diners. KIds menu actually has some real food on it, and is a great deal for what they serve.

The steak frite is excellent. So nice to go to a restaurant that actually cooks a steak the way you ask for it rather then letting it cook for an extra minute.

The tuna sandwich is excellent, the fried fish, the mussels, the desserts. Everything that we've eaten there so far has really been very very good.

Anyway, my strong endorsement.

I totally agree. We've been there about 4 times, all good. Love the fries and gravy, maybe cuz I've never had it before. Even the sauteed brussel sprouts are good. We like to go on Monday nites for the fried chicken.
