Interstate 4 from Orlando to Flagler Beach

Driving from Tampa and it will be lunchtime around the time we hit Orlando-on our way to Flagler Beach. Anybody have any recs? We don't mind leaving the interstate for a few miles or even taking a backroad.

on a side note-Last time I asked my chow-friends for a place to pit stop near Jacksonville-got Bistro AIX in JAX -sooooo yummy

Four Rivers Smokehouse -- the best barbecue in Orlando, right off the I-4 exit on Fairbanks in Winter Park. The place has minimal parking, long lines, and only a few outdoor tables, but it's soooo worth it. You may want to call ahead so your order is ready when you arrive.
