House made gefilte fish for Passover

This just in -- if your family is celebrating Passover this year, Sea Breeze in Plano is making homemade gefilte fish. They are sampling it this weekend (April 7-10) so that families can order it before Passover starts the night of the 18th. Just an FYI

Curious, is gefilte fish caught wild or, farmed?

definately farmed, but by sustainable means!

In this case, prepared with fresh Lake Superior whitefish and walleye pike.
