Any Passover Caterers in Westchester?? Do you know Cara Tannenbaum?

Looking for names of private individuals or private catering companies that can provide food for Jewish holidays (Passover, etc.).

In checking the archives, I came across the name of Cara Tannenbaum, former owner of Quarropas Restaurant. But couldn't find a website or current contact information for her.

Anyone know if she's still in business???
