Duo Japanese Restaurant - Saratoga

Anyone been to this new restaurant?

We ate there last weekend (8 of us). Sushi was quite good. Service was attentive, but the people who ordered tempora got teriaki - waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu. But I would definitely try it again.

I have not been personally; my comments are second-hand from some trusted friends. Seems to have a schizophrenic personality. Some have gone during the week, early, for the sushi and have reported very favorably. Later, and on weekends, it appears to turn into an ultra-trendy dance club, which I would personally avoid. May consider going after track season for the sushi.

Their advertising is a real turn-off; I have no interest in eating there at present.

Haven't been there yet, although they did send a sample menu to Saratoga residents. But, they also touted on their hard opening that they had a go-go dancer scheduled. Have no idea what to make of that.
