Quick, chow worthy vegetarian fare for road trip from LA, CA to Willcox, AZ?
I'll also have my dog with me...so all the better if it's in a safe enough area where I can tie her up outside and/or keep an eye on her from a window.

Look into Pita Jungle in downtown Phoenix. You might call ahead to see if you can have your dog on the patio. Otherwise, you'll probably have to park in the small garage. The area is safe and quiet, IMO. http://pitajungle.com 1001 N. 3rd Ave Phoenix, AZ 85003 602-258-7482

i have seen some dogs on the one on 3rd, think you would be ok there it is off the main road and they are pretty relaxed there
just sit on the outside edge of the patio and the dog is technically not "inside" the patio area but on the sidewalk and you should avoid any technicality - it is not a busy sidewalk so no one will disturb your dog
