Noyo Harbor restaurant?

We want to take our vigorous 92-year-old father to dinner in Noyo Harbor, Ft. Bragg. He still actively grows grapes and makes wine for a living and has old world values...good food at reasonable prices.

Any suggestions for a non-pretentious restaurant with good, fresh fish in Noyo Harbor?

If you mean specifically in the basin itself, you could check out either Cap'n Flint's or Carine's Grotto. Both funky, but a true slice of Ft. Bragg life. I haven't been to either in years, though; so this is a recommend in general, not current. I'd be interested to hear what others from the area have to say.
And all that being said, The Restaurant was just about the first restaurant in FB proper to serve really fresh, really good cuisine - a little more adventurous than the other restos in town. And at the time, the bagna cauda (woo hoo, free app!) was divine. Yay Jim Larson!

Check out The Restaurant on Main St. in Fort Bragg
They do great salmon and the Crab is available in season.
