Pacific Casew Carrot Ginger Soup

In search of a better "canned" soup, i have found this and am obsessed with it, it's so good. As a runner up, Imagine's Corn and Lemon grass is pretty darn good with a little hot sauce stirred in.

    I really like this soup too! Unfortunately, I tend to open the box, have one serving, and it sits in the back of the fridge for too long. I really need to do better about that!

      I've added it to a curry-ish dish as part of the sauce then adjusted the seasonings. Flavor worked well!

      I typically love to use this soup as a "base" when I make soup at home! It's so good. Brown some onions and garlic, add the box of CCG soup, some water, and yellow lentils, salt, pepper, spices... you can do anything really!

        I goog;ed this and got a $1 off coupon. With doubler this at S&S, week, I'll be trying.
