Bubble Tea in Albany or the Capital District?

Does anyone know of restaurants in or around Albany that serve this? Barring that, anyplace else in the capital District? Would love to try the black tea and the lychee variant.

      I've had it at Hana Japanese Steakhouse on Western Av.

        Shining Rainbow Chinese restaurant at 305 Central has it, as does One of a Kind Tea House at 209 Centra.

          I'm pretty sure I had it once at Van's Vietnamese restaurant, on Central Ave.
