I think the challenge is not finding steak on the menu but finding a place that can accomodate a party of 10 at a BYO at such a late date. Many BYOs cannot take such a large party ever given their size.

Try Tre Scalini on E Passyunk. Not Center City, but not too far. They have a large upstairs area. Lots of veal on the menu, probably steak as well.

Try 943 on Passyunk. It's new, may not be too busy, and I think it's Argentinian?

I have no idea whether it's any good or not, but I did walk by here this past Saturday at prime dinner time and it wasn't crowded. So I think they'd be able to accommodate you.

If you can change to Sunday, piece of cake. Prime Rib is BYOB and can handle 10 with no problem.

obviously too late to help, but maybe for others searching in the future, I suspect that From the Boot in Lafayette Hill could do it. They have had a filet on special (w/mushrooms and red wine reduction I think) every time I've been there (probably 30-50 times over the last 3 years), and there's a back room that could accomodate 10, although they don't take reservations so actually seating 10 would take an odd-hour arrival, I suspect. I can't actually vouch for the steak but everything else there is quite good.
