Alize or Sage

We will be in Las Vegas for three nights and will be eating at Rosemary's (where we've been many times and love), Le Cirque...and probably either Alize or Sage. We know that we love the Dover sole at Alize, but have recently been reading great things about Sage. Of the two, where would you go. We, of course, want wonderful food, but a nice reasonably quiet ambiance, and excellent service are also important to us.

Sage is terrific. You shouldn't miss it, especially if youve already been to alize

Bedazzled...our tastes obviously are different. Rosemary's is one of my all -time favorites in LV. I have eaten there a dozen times, most recently 2 weeks ago. I have always had wonderful food there...and, for the price it's amazing. No, I won't skip it...but still can't decide between Sage and Alize...any thoughts?

Believe me, I know Rosemary's is good... in no way do I think its sub-par. I just think sometimes its good to get out of your comfort restaurant zone. LOL For location alone... Sage. By far, every restaurant I've been to at Aria have been knock my socks off fabulous. The same level of dining experience I used to enjoy at Fleur de Lys(RIP Vegas location), but with cuisine that is a notch above the rest of Vegas. I've loved all the restaurants at Aria and Cosmo. Husband likes Alize a lot, but never likes going there due to the fact you have to walk through the Palms. But you can't go wrong foodie wise.
Just got back from dinner with friends...LOL American Fish again, its got me hooked. Have to say their produce supplier is insane. Hubby's Kobe was like butter(better than his more expensive fav at cut)... my cod was heavenly. PS If you have any liking for cheesecake, their mascarpone cheesecake is to die for.
