Mama is coming to visit and I need to impress her with a nice brunch. Any suggestions for somewhere in Broward or Palm Beach?

Hands down -- the Pier Top Sunday Champagne brunch at the Hyatt Regency Pier 66, (954 525 6666), 2301 S.E. 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA 33316.

360 degree revolving restaurant, many stories high, good food, elegant atmosphere -- Mom'll overlook all those $10s you took from her purse when you were a teenager!

Be sure you make a reservation.

The Ritz Carlton in Ft. Lauderdale has a scrumptious Sunday breakfast or Brunch. Sit outside on the outdoor patio with a direct ocean view.

I hate to sound like a broken record but Sundy House in Delray Beach continues to impress me as one of the best brunches in town.

The Holiday Inn at Highland Beach has a terrific brunch right on the ocean.

What about a brunch place that is also good for small kids? Are there any places around that has stuff to entertain the kids?
