Looks like fun. I am going to event in NYC.

The Macallan also stages a series of free whisky tasting events around the U.S. each year. I have been 3 or 4 times over the past several years. The events are well organized and well worth attending. They typically offer tastes of 5 different Macallan whiskies.

As StriperGuy said: "quite a respectable tasting event." Went to JWs event when it visited Detroit a few years ago. Would go again.

I've done this in Boston. Considering they are free, it is quite a respectable tasting event.
