Best fried fish in Pittsburgh, please!

I've seen a post asking for reccs on the best parish fish fries, and a post asking where to go for fish and seafood, but I'm looking for something slightly different here.

I am craving fried cod, coated with crumbs rather than batter, and really good, crispy French fries. Does anyone have any restaurant recommendations in the South Hills? I usually stay away from fried foods, but it's time to give in... :) Thanks!

Dorido's, in South Park, fries the best fish in Pittsburgh. I like it better than even the Oyster House downtown.

      Dorido's is the best!

Pipers Pub in the Southside has a really good one.

Haven't been there in a couple of years, but the fish & chips at Al's Cafe was breaded last I had it. As Pittsburgh fish & chips go, wasn't bad. Not the best fries though - could've been crispier.

While not S. Hills, I'd agree with the Piper's Pub reco. That's the real deal.
