Review of Palm Springs Area restaurants

We are going out to the Palm Springs area and have scheduled the following restaurants. We like nice, mid -upper scale restaurants, creative cuisine and relatively close to where we are staying (15-20 minutes) to Palm Desert (one exception to this is Copleys). Our list is:

1) Lavender Bistro
2) Jillians
3) Copleys
4) Amore'
5) Corktree
6) Mirage Bistro
7) Tommy Bahama's
8) Shame on the Moon

I open to any any comments and any other suggestions.

There were some recent good in depth reviews of PS area restaurants you might find in a seach of this forum - this is an oft-asked question usually ending in few recs so it was nice to learn about several that have been passing under the radar here.
