Trendy restaurant with great food
Have some friends coming in from Los Angeles - they have teenage kids, but the kids eat everything. They are looking for a hip place to go - someplace with a scene. I recommended Locanda Verde. Anyone else have any other suggestions.

When are they coming? Locanda Verde books up quickly for the primetime tables I've noticed. Many of the hip, trendy restaurants book up weeks in advance.
How large is the party? Are they willing to wait for a table?
Just Italian? Or other cuisines?
What's the price range they're looking at? $75 per person? $50 per person? Don't forget that tax, tips, and drinks/wine for the parents can really add up. A per person ceiling for just food is the most helpful in driving recommendations.
