Missing candy recipe

I used to have a recipe for chocolate covered chocolate orange creams. I know what goes in it, as well as the directions, but I can't remember the amounts. They were rolled out, cut into half circles, chilled, and dipped. I'd love to make them again, but the page has been lost.

It called for:
melted sweet dark chocolate
butter
fondant
orange zest

chocolate for dipping

Does anyone know a recipe like that? The amounts were by weight (grams and ounces, IIRC)

Any help would be much appreciated!

  1. I think it might have come from a Bo Friberg book, probably the Advanced Pastry Chef. We made them in pastry school and they were delicious.

      Just looked in my Friberg book:

      1 pound (455g) sweet dark chocolate
      Milk chocolate, tempered (no amount indicated)
      6 ounces (170g) unsalted butter
      6 ounces (170g) fondant
      2 Tablespoons (30ml) orange liqueur
      Grated zest of 2 small oranges
